The enterprise was registered in 2008 as a profit making entity. The enterprise is registered as a sole proprietor under Business Registration Act 1956. Besides the objective of the enterprise is providing consultancy and training for prospective clients, individual and group, moreover the enterprise also runs trading services and networks.

The owner manager is Mrs Siti Aminah bt Bahari. She sits as the chairperson of the enterprise. Other every day enterprise execution of retailing department runs as a family business entity.

For strategic consulting business a special committee has been set-up under supervision of her husband Associate Professor Dr Amran Awang. This department was launched in 2010 and has been parked under alibaba.com.
